Microgreens, simply
Tiny greens with clear flavour.
Microgreens are young edible shoots harvested soon after their first leaves appear. They are used like a fresh ingredient: scattered over toast, folded into salads, added to bowls or used to finish cooked dishes.
Popular varieties include radish, broccoli, mustard, pea shoots and sunflower. Many are ready in roughly 7 to 14 days, depending on the seed and growing conditions.

01 Add water
Fill the chamber to the marked line so the tray can draw up what it needs.
02 Sow seeds
Scatter seeds evenly across the reusable tray.
03 Close the tray
Cover the tray so the seeds can settle into their first stage.
04 Move into light
Place the tray into the light dock once shoots are ready.
05 Let it grow
Keep the system in place while the greens develop.
06 Harvest fresh
Cut what you need and use it straight away.
07 Store if needed
If you harvest more than you use, store the tray in the fridge to keep greens close at hand.

Sprig measures approximately 210 mm long, 117 mm wide, with a 95 mm body height plus 30 mm legs. Core components include the growth chamber, water reservoir, growth tray, lid and seed storage pod.
Use it on a surface, stack multiple systems, or mount it on a wall with the supplied mounting hardware.
