Sprig by Atomic Mass

Grow fresh food from your kitchen.

Fresh, flavour-packed microgreens in as little as a week. No garden. No experience. Simply plant, grow and harvest from a beautifully designed modular growing system.

Designed and made in Bristol, Sprig was created to help people bring fresh ingredients closer to daily life: grown on a windowsill, harvested when needed, and enjoyed just steps from where food is prepared.

The problem

Growing food at home usually asks for space, time and confidence.

Most people like the idea of growing something fresh, but daily life gets in the way. You may not have a garden. You may not know where to start. You may not want trays, lamps and loose equipment taking over the kitchen.

Sprig removes those barriers. It brings the growing environment, tray and light into one compact object that belongs in the home.

Why Sprig exists

A small daily reconnection with growing.

Sprig is the flagship product of Living Systems: a practical way to reconnect people with fresh food, even in homes without outdoor space.

It was designed to feel calm, compact and intentional. More like a piece of considered kitchen equipment than a gardening project you have to hide away.

Microgreens, simply

Tiny greens with clear flavour.

Microgreens are young edible shoots harvested soon after their first leaves appear. They are used like a fresh ingredient: scattered over toast, folded into salads, added to bowls or used to finish cooked dishes.

Popular varieties include radish, broccoli, mustard, pea shoots and sunflower. Many are ready in roughly 7 to 14 days, depending on the seed and growing conditions.

How it works

From water to harvest, one clear sequence.

Designed as a system

The details are there to make growing feel easy.

Every part has a clear job: create the right growing conditions, keep the routine simple, and make Sprig easy to live with on a counter, wall or stacked setup.

Integrated light

A consistent growing environment without adding a separate lamp to the kitchen.

Reusable tray

A simple surface for sowing, harvesting and cleaning between grows.

Stackable form

Designed so more than one crop can grow in the same compact footprint.

Wall-mount option

Keeps fresh greens visible while freeing up counter space.

Seed storage pod

Keeps the next sowing close to the grow box, instead of scattered in a drawer.

USB-C connection

Uses a familiar modern cable rather than a specialist power setup.
